Even sitting in a wheelchair badly bruised, Michael Lohan got no sympathy from a Hillsborough County, Fla., judge Saturday morning. This is a notable second time for Daddy Lohan in court to face a judge's verdict.

The first time was for beating and threatening his girlfriend's life in a Tampa apartment. That very day, it was Judge Walter Heinrich who gave orders for Lohan to stay away from Kate Major. But just several hours after that order, he made calls to his girlfriend which then made him go back to jail. He even jumped out of a third-floor balcony with an attempt to escape the police.

On Saturday, he told the judge in court that he never called Major and instead it was her assistant who kept on calling him. But Major, also appearing in court, denied this claim. With this, Judge Denise Pomponio was already ready to make the decision.

"It doesn't matter if she called you a hundred times after you got out of jail - Heinrich doesn't have a court order on her, he has one on you," said Pomponio. She refused to listen further to the arguments pressed by Michael Perry, Lohan's attorney.

There is still no word on when Daddy Lohan will be free. In the meantime, Major expresses her gratitude for having peace at last with the assurance that Lohan will stay in jail, at least for now.
