Chris Soules reportedly chose Whitney Bischoff over Becca Tilley in the finale. It is said "The Bachelor" star is now engaged to the final rose winner. As for the final rose ceremony, it was held at a "barn owned by Chris [Soules] parents in Lamont, Iowa."
