There have been no confirmations yet if DeMario Jackson will be back for the fourth season of “Bachelor in Paradise.” However, it is certain that he has been invited.

It has been a tough season for “Bachelor in Paradise.” Last June 12, news broke out that Warner Brothers has been looking into an alleged case of misconduct on set of the show in Mexico. Later on, anonymous sources started to leak out some lewd images. Apparently, show contestants DeMario Jackson and Corinne Olympios got drunk and engaged in sexual acts while in the pool.

The reportedly lewd acts did raise a lot of questions, and many are wondering why a producer did not intervene. Just this Tuesday, Warner announced that investigation has come to an end, and they did not find any evidence that supports misconduct by a contestant.

Warner also announced that the fourth season would continue filming despite what happened. Vanity Fair says that since news first broke out, the show has been the subject of conversations about how the scandal can affect the planned spin-off and the overall image of the show. Since the series will be resuming, how things roll out remains to be seen. However, some would say that such scandal could be forgotten very soon.

As for Jackson, he will have a chance to return to Mexico, provided he is still willing to go. As for Corrinne Olympios, she and her attorney still dispute the charge of misconduct against her. Chances are high that she will not be returning to the show’s fourth season, notes Carter Matt. Jackson suggested earlier that the tape of the night would be released publicly, so that his image would be cleared. Reports say that he had been fired from his job after news of the scandal first surfaced.

Whether or not Jackson wants to go back is a good question, considering that his presence has not really produced anything good for the show. He was also at the centre of drama in “The Bachelorette” after an ex showed up at a group date claiming that he got on the show without asking her permission.

There are other challenges on “Bachelor in Paradise,” but the latter incident will have him treated differently by co-cast members, even if nothing wrong really happened. A lot actually spoke to defend him, but how this affects his chances of finding love on the show remains to be seen.

“Bachelor in Paradise” returns for season 4 in August 8 on ABC in the US. Viewers in Austarlia and other countries can watch the episode online.
