The release date of the first of the two part “Avengers: Infinity Wars” movie is still about three years away, but fans are already busy discussing what we may see in the movie. Kevin Feige and Joss Whedon answered a few questions about the movie at a recent Q & A session. [Spoiler alert]

Kevin Feige, the president of Marvel Studious, and director Joss Whedon answered a few questions about “Avengers: Infinity Wars” at a Q&A session after a prescreening of “Avengers 2.” A summary of this session was posted on Reddit one of members of the audience. The Russo brothers will be taking over the reins as directors from Joss in the upcoming movie.

During the last fight against Ultron in “Avengers 2,” the character Quicksilver died while saving Hawkeye and a civilian kid. Comic book fans, who were hoping to see the character resurrected somehow in the next Marvel movie, may be disappointed to know that the character will not be coming back. Kevin Feige confirmed the news in the report.

Some of the fans had hoped to see Quicksilver return as a clone in a future Marvel movie. One of the fans pointed out that Tony Stark had created a clone of Thor in the comic books and apparently there was a fan theory that said that maybe the producers could do that with Quicksilver.

According to the report, the filmmakers already had plans to kill Quicksilver and keep Scarlet Witch, while they were still filming the first “Avengers” movie. They also had planned for Scarlet Witch and the Vision to have a “moment” together in “Avengers 2.”

This appears to be a setup for a possible romance between the two characters to develop in the next Marvel movie. The two characters are set to appear in “Captain America: Civil War.” Comic book fans will remember that the Vision and Scarlet Witch enjoyed a romantic relationship in the comics and later went on to fall in love with each other deeply. The two characters later got married to each other.

The heroes will be fighting The Mad Titan – Thanos in “Avengers: Infinity Wars.” Fans of the franchise have already got a glimpse of the character in the 2012 movie and also in the “Guardians of the Galaxy” movie.
