The anticipated "Avengers 2" started to excite fans worldwide when second unit filming began February this year. Joss Whedon, producer and director of the Avengers movie franchise finished the scripts, and has already introduced the cast. Some of the new characters that will make debut appearance in the film are "Quicksilver," "Scarlet Witch" and the villain "Ultron."
Aside from Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Chris Evans (Captain America), and the prominent members of the Avengers, a new addition to the team is going its way. Making a debut appearance are Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Quicksilver), Elizabeth Olsen (Scarlet Witch), and James Spader (Ultron).

Aaron Taylor-Johnson is an English actor, born June 13, 1990. One of his first movie careers are the "Kick-Ass" and "Kick-ass 2" sequels. According to film enthusiasts, Aaron's role as Quicksilver can be a good fit for him as he already portrayed a similar role for Kick-Ass.
Quicksilver adds a new specialty to the team of the Avengers.

In Marvel Comics, "Pietro Maximof" aka Quicksilver is the son of "Magneto", and twin brother of Scarlet Witch. His first appearance was way back year 1964 in "X-Men #4". His ability superhuman speed gives Quicksilver the arrogant attitude towards other members of the Avengers. In the following comic issues of his character, Quicksilver was in fickle conflict with his father Magneto.
Elizabeth Olsen, born Feb 16, 1989 is an American singer and actress. Her first appearances were in the films "Silent House", and "Liberal Arts". She is well identified with her older twin sisters Mary and Kate. Elizabeth describes the role of Scarlet Witch crazy, yet amazingly unbelievable for her unique abilities.

According to the character's origins, "Wanda Maximof" aka Scarlet Witch is the daughter of Magneto, twin sister to Quicksilver. She appeared at the same time Quicksilver was introduced in the comics. Scarlet Witch has the ability tell the future, connect with the dead, know events in the universe, and more. In the story, when Scarlet Witch was born, she's only innately gifted with mutant powers. Her magical powers were only added to her while she was in prison at a young age with her mother.

The villain that will cause conflict in the upcoming movie will be James Spader playing as Ultron. He was born Feb 7, 1960, and started his first major acting role in 1981. He was best for television series "The Practice" and "Boston Legal", which garnered him three Emmy awards.
According to Joss Whedon, Spader was chosen for the role because of his voice that is very fitting of a villain.

Ultron is an artificial intelligence, filled with rage, and god complex bent on the domination of Earth. Ultron's first appearances in the comic books were in "Avengers #54 and #55" in 1968.
Ultron has a numerous set of powers to boot. He has superhuman strength, speed, stamina, flexibility, flight, and mechanical weapons such as energy beams, and even mind control. To make a more formidable villain, he also sports an impregnable armor made of "adamantium". This set of powers, plus his raging schemes on Earth will give the Avengers a tough battle in the upcoming Avengers 2.
