DJ Jackie O, radio host for Australia’s KIIS 1065 was left in tears after Little Mix walked out on her interview about their new album. Jade Thirlwall, one of the singers, became upset after Justin Bieber’s name was brought up. She left the interview and soon the rest of the group followed, leaving Jackie O mystified by their reaction.

According to Now Magazine, KIIS FM hosts Jackie O and Kyle Sandilands had Little Mix over on their show on Wednesday where the group performed an acoustic version of their hit single “Black Magic” on air. After their performance, the conversation turned to album release dates where Jacki O innocently asked the girls about their opinions on the chart battles between artists that will reportedly take place later this year.

In the video below, Kyle O is heard asking the girls about the battle between One Direction and Justin Bieber. The question seemed to have upset Thirlwall and she calls out the DJ for asking her questions about something Little Mix cares little about.

"To be honest, I'm sick of talking about it to be fair ... just the whole Justin Bieber thing,” Thirlwall says.

A surprise Jackie O asks in return,” Really? Do you get asked a lot about Justin Bieber?”

At this point, Thirlwall starts to rant her frustration about being asked about the “What Do You Mean” singer when all they want to do is talk about their new album. “It has actually really p**sed us off,” she says and Jessy Nelson chimes in, “We get asked about it a lot and we’re here to promote our single.”

“We want to talk about our music and then we get asked about him all the time. I mean, what’s the point? What is your point? I’m serious. I said I didn’t want to talk about it,” Jade tells a stunned Jackie O and at this point, stands up and leaves the interview. Nelson, Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock soon followed after Thirlwall.

A confused and tearful Jackie O asks Sandilands what she’s done wrong. However, it turns out the whole awkward interview was set up by Sandilands as part of his friendly torture to Jackie O. Little Mix then bursts back into the room with smiles on their faces.
