The South Korean manufacturer Hyundai in the Australian division announced the launch of the 2011 Grandeur yesterday. The latest Grandeur is a modified and fine-tuned version of the existing model. The transformations are not that massive and mostly engaged in visual issues and trim levels, but Hyundai hopes the car will be given a new charm with the facelift.

The Grandeur, which is also known as Azera, features a new design of radiator grille and black-bezel headlights. A lower air damn which is located in between the new front fog lamps now comes in black-mesh covering.

The visible changes from the side are the add-on of seven-spoke alloy wheels and LED indicator lamp outside mirrors which is built to match the new LED headlights. A black piano finish is done for the b-pillar.

The stop lights are more explicit for the back, while the updated twin-exhausts are housed by new shaped bumper with chrome insert. Hyundai only added an amended metal finish centre floor console on the interior.

The Hyundai Grandeur comes geared with a four-sensor Anti-skid Braking System (ABS) and Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), Electronic Stability Control (ESC) with Traction Control System (TCS), four-channel, and eight airbags as standard.

Hyundai installed a one-touch triple turn signal, remote device and combine key, plus outside mirrors fitted with puddle lamps (illuminates the ground on approach to the vehicle) to the 2011 Hyundai Grandeur, for the facelift.

The all new Hyundai Grandeur is subjected to Hyundai Premium Assist and a five year unlimited kilometre warranty.
