Robert Pattinson has been described as “look[ing] stoned” by the Australian blondie the actor met while taking a break preparing for filming The Rover in Australia.

Noting his behavior while he was standing near her for the photo, a fan named Alexandra was too excited to post a picture of her and the non-assuming British hunk and described him as looking like under the influence of herbal drugs.

"I'm touring with the big day out festival in Australia and he's here. Chilled out bloke. Think he was stoned ha!!" the Aussie fan was quoted as saying, by The Stir.

Robert’s millions of tween fans have reacted vehemently on her statement, defending the actor as could be tired or feeling the “usual social awkwardness” he and Kristen would seemingly appear to be when obliging to the request of screaming fans.

Some have even argued that the actor could be feeling a little low for being apart from Kristen. The two were reportedly on trial separation since he left for Australia to film The Rover in mid-January. Filming for desert sequences officially began on January 31 as noted in a separate report by IBTimes AU. The township of Quorn in the northern part of South Australia has been home for Robert since then and he had no way to defend himself from drug-related accusations such as this.

The fans however have done it for him. Feeling the heat thrown at Alexandra, the local blond immadiately retracted her earlier tweet and gave her clarification on the issue.

"Confirming that RP was not stoned.was said in a joke comment.he seemed chilled which is nice.very pleasant.didnt mean to cause upset," Alexandra said taking to Twitter to settle the issue, according to The Stir.

Robert is just a few days away from Kristen and he is expected to be back home on March 16.
