Thanks to the writers behind ‘Star Trek" and " Transformers", " Hawaii Five-O" fans will be thrilled getting to know that the once the hottest police series is heading back to the TV after 30 years since its final run.
The original "Hawaii Five-O" show were aired from 1968 to 1980, its screen takes were shot majority on location of Honolulu, Hawaii, with occasional filming out of Hawaii such as Los Angeles, Hong Kong. It had millions of fans whom were attracted by the highly suspended and exciting stories of this running show starring Danny Williams and Jack Lord (playing McGarrett ) , as a pair of hardened cops serving in the Hawaiian state police.
For the original twelve seasons produced some thirty years back, McGarett and his team hunt down secret agents, criminals, mafia syndicates terrorizing the Hawaiian Islands. McGarett often had his intelligence challenged by the world of espionage and corruptions, which he had managed to battle through and eventually put them in jail. This show was the longest running police-crime show on American TV in the 90's, its popularity had spawned to the rise of many other police series thereafter.
Another legacy of this show is the famous and highly recognizable ‘Hawaii Five-O's theme song ( or more widely known as an instrumental ) which symbolized this crime series so well that film lover identify the theme song as its airing time.
