London - As with Rock"??s Xtreme 840 above, UK based Novatech has also released two high-powered gaming laptops based on nVidia"??s latest and greatest graphics cards. The X1 and X1 Pro offer cutting edge 3D power and HD features, for gaming and multimedia use. Built around nVidia"??s GeForce GTX 280M, these 18.4 inch laptops are respectively configured with single GPU options. Intel Core 2 Duo processors and up to 4096MB of high speed DDR3 memory are also fitted. Up to 1.5TB hard disk storage can be configured or you can obtain for hybrid storage, courtesy of 128CG of SSD storage alongside 500GB hard disk. For HD use, a Blu Ray drive is also fitted, along with an HDMI-out for connecting to an external HDTV for big-screen entertainment.

An integrated camera and four speakers add to the multimedia potential, and 802.11n Wi-Fi and Gigabit Ethernet provide high-speed connectivity.It was told that these laptops will arrive in Australia by the end of next month.
