RAMS' Huw Bough defects to Westpac

Huw Bough, who has been running the non-bank's broker division for three years, will be leaving RAMS to join Westpac as its head of broker relations.

Under Bough's direction, RAMS invested considerable resources into its BDM network which resulted in an increase in third-party business for the non-bank.

Prior to joining RAMS, Bough ran his own mortgage broking business for six years and previous to that he held national sales management positions in the direct to consumer area both in Australia and overseas.

RAMS has yet to publicly release the name of Bough's successor.
