Peter Cook's sex tape leaves Christie Brinkley concerned for their kids

The lead attorney for Christie Brinkley, Robert Cohen said the tape didn't shock him.

"Nothing about Peter Cook's behavior shocks us," he said.

"We don't know anything about this tape. We never saw it and we never heard about it. Christie's concern is for the sake of her children and she hopes this video is kept private."

Brinkley and Cook have two children, 13-year-old Jack and 10-year-old Sailor Lee.

In the video, Cook, 49, is shown having sex with his teen office worker Diana Bianchi, New York Post confirmed today. Bianchi was only 18 at the time the video was made.

It is not known when the video was made, but was made without Diana Bianchi knowing it. This means Bianchi might end up suing Cook over the tape.

"We are now going to review, and begin weighing our legal options, for Diana," said Bianchi's lawyer, Joe Tacopina.

Cook confessed to cheating on Brinkley with Bianchi, and paid $300,000 to her in a settlement. Brinkley won full custody of the couple's children.

Cook and Brinkley got married in 1996 and broke up a decade later, which led to their divorce earlier this year. Cook also confessed to an expensive online porn habit.
