David Ramsey teased “Arrow” Season 5 in a recent interview. The actor talked about the relationship between Oliver and Felicity, which fans lovingly refer to as Olicity, and also talked about what to expect from his character in the next season.

[Spoiler alert]

In an interview with Mirror, Ramsey (John Diggle) said that there will not be any wedding in the forthcoming finale episode. He did not comment on whether or not Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) will make up.

The two characters nearly got married in Season 4, but later got separated. Ramsey feels that Felicity taking some time off is “good” and now we get to see a stronger Felicity.

Talking about the Olicity relationship, the actor said that Felicity is a “smart girl” and has had enough of Oliver’s “bulls—t.” Ramsey feels that Felicity should tell Oliver that she needs some time and that he should give her some space.

The forthcoming season finale will set up “Arrow” Season 5. Ramsey said that the fans will see some movement in the “right direction” in the episode, but fans will not get “everything” they want.

The actor also said that he didn’t mind seeing Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh) and Felicity together. Will Oliver get back together with Oliver? Or will she find someone new and break Oliver’s heart?

In terms of the main plot, Ramsey would like the show to get back to some street fighting and not repeat the plots like the one about nuclear missiles from the current season. He said, as a fan, he would like to see more of his character as the military man of the team, Oliver in action sequences and Felicity behind a computer supporting the heroes.

Ramsey also revealed that the fans will get to see some “shadows to Diggle” in “Arrow” Season 5. He teased that the next season will show the fallout of his lie to Lyla (Audrey Marie Anderson), about Andy’s (Eugene Byrd) death.
