Stephen Amell is set to sport a new uniform in “Arrow” Season 4. According to executive producer Greg Berlanti, Oliver Queen’s new costume is going to be huge for him from becoming Arrow to Green Arrow.

Oliver Queen is set to return to Starling City and it has something to do with the new villain of “Arrow” Season 4, Damien Darhk, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Darhk is ex-League of Assassins and in the comic books, he has connections with the evil organisation HIVE.

Apart from Oliver getting a new costume, Diggle too will get a makeover. He would be wearing a helmet in “Arrow” Season 4.

Meanwhile, Amell talked to TVLine at Comic-Con about Oliver and Felicity in Season 4. He stated that Oliver and Felicity will be together in the new season.

Emily Bett Rickards told Clevver News that Felicity and Oliver will be together for a little time. However, Rickards is not sure for how long. According to the actress, both the actors will be working together. Meanwhile, Amell said that Oliver is a “domesticated gentleman.” He said that on certain aspects, Oliver is better than Felicity like cooking and cleaning, but he doesn’t cut the grass.

Wendy Mericle revealed that Oliver is in a happy place at the moment in Season 3 and it is going to continue in Season 4 of “Arrow.” She also revealed that fans will get to see a different Oliver Queen in Season 4 compared to the last three seasons. The reason behind the change is Felicity. Mericle added that the trick would be how Oliver would be the Arrow and a “good boyfriend.”
