The heroes will race to rescue Thea from the Hive in the next episode of “Arrow” Season 4. But, things may not be easy for the heroes and there is a twist to the rescue that Oliver is not expecting.

[Spoiler alert]

The heroes will come to know about the secret underground location of Hive for their project Genesis, where Thea (Willa Holland) is being held. Oliver (Stephen Amell) and the other heroes will get together and attempt to rescue her from the clutches of Hive.

However, Malcolm (John Barrowman) and the other villains know that the heroes are coming for Thea. Oliver remarks that a whole army will be waiting for them when they get to Hive’s hideout. But, the heroes attempt the rescue anyway.

The preview video of the next episode shows Thea making a desperate call from a cell phone. This appears to be how the heroes learn about where she is being kept. Oliver and John (David Ramsey) reach the underground location and manage to find Thea.

The rescue attempt, however, will run into complications. There is a new twist in the next episode of “Arrow” Season 4. Thea kicks Oliver and threatens to shoot him in case he makes a move. It appears as though Hive has brainwashed her, like some of the other residents of the underground location.

In the previous episode it was revealed that Hive was brainwashing the residents as a part of their Genesis project. The heroes on the other hand managed to stall the project by stopping almost all of the nuclear weapons that Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough) planned to launch.

Some quick thinking by Felicty (Emily Bett Rickards) led to the heroes saving millions of lives. But, Feleicty felt responsible for the thousands of lives lost due to her plan to change the direction of the nuclear missile. The next episode of “Arrow” Season 4 titled “Lost in the Flood” is expected to show the fallout of the events in the previous episode.
