Studio Wildcard recently revealed the “ARK Park” trailer for VR that will bring some highly entertaining VR experience. Meanwhile iDigitalTimes has provided a breeding guide, explaining the process of breeding the best Dinos and explaining stats and mutations in “ARK: Survival Evolved.” In order to breed, players need a male and female of the same species that have strong stats. The offspring gets either the male or female’s base stat and a 70 percent chance of getting the higher one. If a player wants a high-health Rex, he needs breed a high-health Rex.

The idea is to bring a male and female close to each other and make them wander. However, even after hitting “wander,” the animals may choose to ignore each other. For that, players can a cage made of metal or stone and put the Dinos inside, can ride one Dino into the other or spam U on your keyboard to manually disable wandering. If their hearts above their heads, that’s the right way to go. Once the mating bar fills up, an egg pops out of the female unless it’s a mammal. For hatching, “ARK: Survival Evolved” players must keep egg health and temperature high.

Eggs have to be kept indoors to protect it from other players or predators. There are various approaches players can use during hatching of eggs, such as, low-level, mid-level and high-level. For mammals, “ARK: Survival Evolved” players need to keep the mother in a safe place and feed her via a trough until the pregnancy metre fills. There’s a 10 percent chance of twins and two percent chance of triplets.
