Apple's iPhone 6 release has been delivering successful results and record-breaking numbers. This does not mean that the Cupertino-based giant will be stopping any time soon as it will reportedly kill the iPhone 5c to focus on production of its next flagship, possibly the iPhone 7.

Information came from Taiwan's Industrial and Commercial Times saying that Apple suppliers Foxconn and Wistron will soon be stopping production. Apple launched the iPhone 5c in 2013 aiming to target the budget sector. The report did not reveal as many details about the decision to stop the production but it will happen around the 'middle of 2015.' Some analysts believe that pulling the plug could mean another production focus possibly the upcoming release of the iPhone 7 within the same year.

The iPhone 5c came with several new ventures for Apple including the first time it offered an 8GB model. The Daily Mail noted that 5c sales were poor thus the possible reason as well for halting production.

In another note, Apple can concentrate better on the production of its upcoming flagship, the iPhone 7. According to Know Your Mobile, the iPhone 7 may sport the biggest camera update yet. The information came from Daring Fireball's John Gruber during his podcast called the "The Talk Show." He said that "a birdie of a birdie" claimed that Apple will be doing their "biggest camera jump ever."

Gruber shared: "I've heard that it's some kind of weird two-lens system where the back camera uses two lenses and it somehow takes it up into DSLR quality imagery."

Business Insider also reports a new screen design concept that surfaced. The design came from Martin Hajek who collaborated with the site to see what the next iPhone could turn into. To check out the pictures, click here.

As usual, all iPhone 7 rumors must be taken with a grain of salt.
