Apple's next round of releases will not happen until 2015 but details about the giant-sized iPad and new MacBooks already surfaced. More information about the iPhone 7 also emerged hinting at more Apple aspirations in 2015. Can Apple deliver killer releases?

Apple's highly anticipated 12.2-inch iPad will not be hitting markets until 2015 reportedly but more details have already surfaced. According to Mac Fan, a Japanese magazine, new schematics of the device offer a glimpse of the tablet's design. To support this, MacRumors also cited blog Mac Okatara for publishing a copy of the document. Reported specs of the device include 12.2-inch screen and build measuring 305.3 x 220.8 x 7mm. This makes the upcoming generation thicker compared to the iPad Air 2. Mac Fan also noted that the device will ship with the A9 chip - a supposed upgraded from the A8X processor.

As for the release of the next MacBook, Motley Fool draws the attention on the changing schedules of Apple's Mac releases. For instance, it released a MacBook Air upgrade back in June 2013 but also released another in 2014. The 2014 came with faster Haswell processors. Considering that Apple has been looking into Intel's chips for its MacBooks then the release should coincide with what Intel is planning. Intel said in a recent investor meeting that it will release the Broadwell-U processors around Spring 2015. Spring may mean around March or early April - a possible release date for Apple. Browdwell-U processors include low-power Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7. Apple has not released any statements about its upcoming releases.

Along with the iPad and MacBook releases, come talks of the iPhone 7 release. Some reports claim that Apple may no longer for the S-series and stick to the iPhone 7 seing the success of the iPhone 6 series. According to MacWorld, Apple will probably stick to the 4.7-inch but it may also continue releases bigger models like the iPhone 6. Likewise, the design of the iPhone 7 may be thicker featuring "sidewall displays." Other reported features include a 3D display, 21MP camera and A9 processor.
