Among the latest flagships of Samsung, LG and Apple, the Apple iPhone 6 was the first to be launched in the market, trailed by the Samsung Galaxy S6 on April 10th and finally, LG G4 rocked up on April 28th. There is an impressive yet tough competition between these smartphones and let us look how they try to contend each other.

Samsung or LG or Apple – Who plays the winning game?

Dimensions

The iPhone 6 dimensions are 5.44x2.64x0.27 inches; the Galaxy S6 comes with 5.65x2.78x0.27 inches and the LG G4 has the pattern of 5.86x3.00x0.39 inches. The LG G4 goes the widest and tallest, while the Galaxy S6 and Apple iPhone 6 follow in order.

In terms of sleekness, both Samsung and Apple flagships are 0.27 inch thick, while the LG brand is thicker with 0.39 inches. LG G4 tends to be the heaviest among the all with 5.4 ounces, while the Galaxy S6 weighs 4.8 ounces and the lightest iPhone 6 weighs just 4.55 ounces.

Display

The highlight of iPhone 6 is its blown up screen size, which is 4.7 inch with Retina HD IPS technology display unit. Galaxy S6 that comes with 5.1 inch display in QHD AMOLED technology, while the LG G4 comes with the sharpest and biggest 5.5 inch quad HD display.

The pixel density terms rate the Galaxy S6 with 557ppi, trailed by the LG with 534ppi and the least of iPhone 6 with 326 ppi.

Camera

In the smartphone wars, the winner or loser is decided by the camera quality and just after the teaser videos, we understand that LG has structured a well-defined camera, with 16 MP f/1.8 aperture, which is sharper than S6 manual mode and iPhone 6, which has 8MP rear shooter with F2.2 lens. The LG’s smartphone edges out other two with its premium camera stakes in primary mode and selfie shoot.

Specs and Storage

iPhone 6 has inbuilt 16/64/128 GB and has 1GB RAM, while the Samsung comes with 3GB RAM with 32/64/128GB storage options and the LG has a single option of 32GB in 3GB RAM. Unlike Samsung Galaxy S6 and Apple iPhone 6, the LG G4 offers additional storage capacity up to 128GB.

The battery life terms favour LG with built in 3000mAh, while the Apple counterpart has 2915mAh and the Galaxy S6 has 2,550mAh. Simply charge Galaxy S6 for 10 minutes and it can house 4hrs backup. G4 can last up to 10 hours, while the iPhone 6 can maintain power for 14 hours. Galaxy S6 has the wireless charging technology, while the other two miss it.

The LG G4 runs on the Snapdragon 808 processor, while the S6 goes with the octa-core Exynos CPU and the Apple iphone 6s are packed with the A8 processor. G4 and Galaxy S6 run on 5.0 Android Lollipop, while the typical iOS 8 frames the iPhone 6s.

The Galaxy S6 boasts with premium Glass display with metal frame, while the LG G4 soft leather deserves a greater appeal and the iPhone metal frame definitely strengthens its beauty. The price range of iPhone 6, Samsung S6 and G4 are $649 to$849, $599 to $799 and $200, respectively.

The battle between Android and iOS may continue with the meticulously crafted Apple iPhone 6s, Samsung Galaxy S6s and LG G4.
