The success of the iPhone 6 has been remarkable, according to Luca Maestri, chief financial officer at Apple. There are innumerable iPhone 6 apps for users, but not everyone needs so many of them. Here are nine of the best iOS smartphone apps out there today:

1. Swiftkey - This third-party keyboard makes the Apple iPhone 6 smarter and easier to use. This app allows the user to type any letter accurately by simply sliding their fingers over the keyboard. It also offers word suggestions based on the typing style and common phrases used by the owner. Swiftkey also supports multiple languages. This application is also popular on Android phones.

2. 1Password - This iOS app creates unique passwords for every account and safely stores login credentials of all the accounts. With the 1Password onboard, the iPhone 6 user can login with just a few taps. The 1Passowrd extensions have further enabled the users to log into any website including social media and e-commerce sites.

3. Workflow - It is one of the most powerful iOS apps which can be downloaded from the App Store. The application is available for both iPhone and iPad. The Workflow app enables users to swiftly automate diverse actions and apps faster than ever. One can personalise each workflow and perform tasks seamlessly. 4. App Switcher - App Switcher let the user to swap between open apps and read the contents simultaneously. Moreover, certain location-based apps also automatically pop-up in the App Switcher on the Home screen . For example, if the user is located in Walmart, the installed Walmart apps installed will land on the lock-screen as well as in the App Switcher.

5. PopKey - The PopKey keyboard app provides the iPhone 6 users with an emoji-style keyboard. The new keyboard, comprised of hundreds of animated GIFs will replace the default keyboard for the iPhone 6.
