Apparently, the issues pertaining to the iOS 8 updates are still troubling Apple and its users. With the latest iOS 8 update, Bluetooth connectivity problems have cropped up out of nowhere.

As per reports, the iOS 8 has created major issues for those users that connect their iPhones to their cars and other compatible devices with the help of Bluetooth connectivity. Apple support forums are bombarded with complaints from users pin pointing the aforementioned problem, reports MacRumors.

Two sets of Apple users are facing the Bluetooth problem. This includes the users who installed iOS 8 on their devices and the new owners of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Most of them seem to have problems pairing their handsets to the car's audio system. In some cases, users are able to connect to Bluetooth; however, the device ceases to play music via speakers. Furthermore, there are quite a few, who are complaining about the incoming calls getting disconnected when paired via Bluetooth.

Moreover, many support forums are pointing to seeing such problems with various automobiles that connect to Apple handsets running on iOS 8 and iOS 8.0.2. This includes BMW, Hyundai, Mercedes, Toyota, Lexus and Ford, to name a few. In addition, the Bluetooth pairing issue has also targeted iOS 8 users trying to connect to their headsets and speakers, among others.

Nonetheless, Apple is aware of the Bluetooth pairing issue and a fix will be rolled out soon. In spite of this, some Apple users were able to find a work-around to fix the Bluetooth problem temporarily. Here is the work-around as mentioned in MacRumors:

1. Log out of iCloud without interrupting the already connected Bluetooth devices.

2. Select "Reset All Settings" and/or "Reset Network Settings" from the iPhone.

3. Restart and re-connect the device with the Bluetooth device.

4. Log back into iCloud.

Readers should note that, "Reset All Settings" is a notorious option, mainly because many users have lost their iCloud data after doing a reset. Hence readers are advised not to try the aforementioned fix. Nonetheless, according to developers with access to iOS 8.1 beta, the new "Apple iOS 8.1 Update" fixes the aforementioned Bluetooth issue, along with several other issues. Also, the iOS 8.1 Update's release date is pegged for Oct. 20.
