Apple’s iPhone 7 and Apple Watch 2 have been met with widespread critical acclaim. Now it has been revealed that the Cupertino-based company has a number of devices lined-up for release including Apple MacBook Air 2016 and Apple MacBook Pro 2016. Moreover, rumours claim that the company is just months away from releasing the iMac 2016. It may be released in October.

Even though Apple has not released any official statement regarding its devices, several unconfirmed reports have stated that the iMac 2016 is in the works, and when it releases, it will have some of the best specs to boast of.

According to iTech Post, one of the most-speculated features in the iMac 2016 is VR capability. Some are of the opinion that Apple is partnering with LG to develop the device’s display. Whether it is true or not is another concern but it is highly likely that Apple will bring massive changes to the iMac 2016 after a period of lull. Even if the company does not reveal the device in October, it may at least announce it.

HNGN reported that the iMac 2016 may be the AIO PC every Apple fan is hoping for. The company recently released the macOS Sierra. The device is expected to have the AR and VR technology and AMD’s Radeon RX GPU.

An October release would mean an Intel Kaby Lake processor is out of question. The LG ultra-clear monitor in iMac 2016 may have 5K technology enabled. Apple has been very particular about graphics quality and a 5K display would make the iMac 2016 a paradise for gamers. 3.1 USB support and a Thunderbolt 3 port are also a possibility.

It is also rumoured that the 5K technology will also be included in Apple MacBook Air 2016. Apple is currently refreshing its 13.3-inch MacBook Air and it is very much possible that the product will be released in October along with iMac 2016.
