Apple and IBM unveiled 10 new enterprise apps that would suit the needs of various industries that include tools for business travelers, government inspectors and service professionals on July 21. With these new apps, the number of iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch apps built for the enterprise sector under Apple and IBM partnership has totalled to 32.

Last year, in July, both the companies announced that they were working together to build apps that would suit the needs of various business verticals like healthcare, retail, insurance. Besides that, IBM had also revealed that it would sell and support Apple hardware, reports PC World. Apple and IBM rolled out the first 10 apps in December last year, after which it came up with the next set of apps in March and April.

The latest enterprise apps unveiled are enlisted below:

Shift Track for Managers: According to Tech Times, this iPad app includes intuitive dashboards and powerful analytics, which makes the scheduling and staffing tasks easier for managers. With this app, managers can remain updated with shift exceptions, time-off requests, staff schedules and employee hours.

Shift Sync for Employees: With this app for Apple Watch and iPhone, employees can interact with the intuitive dashboard and view their schedules, request holidays, decline or accept schedule changes. Besides that, employees can also keep note of their paid time off and sick leave.

Travel Plan for Business Travelers: This app allows users to plan their business trips with a lot of ease as the powerful analytics in the app scrutinizes the user’s calendar events and identifies frequent destinations and trip suggestions, besides recommending personalized travel plans.

Travel Track for Business Travelers: The Apple Watch and iPhone app integrates flight itineraries with local services. The app’s strong analytics connects and detects people traveling in a user's group.

Loan Advise for Mortgage Officers: The iPad app allows mortgage officers to collect information about their clients instantly. Besides that, it also offers precise product recommendations, making it easier for borrowers in appropriate selection and application for mortgages.
