Angel Di Maria of Manchester United is set to undergo certain tests before he may be allowed to face Tottenham Hotspur, which means that Manchester United will have to wait for the results. Angel Di Maria has been reportedly suffering from a pelvic injury while in training.

As Di Maria got injured on Wednesday and waiting results, he was ruled out of Friday's 3-1 home victory in the Premier League over Newcastle United. Manchester brought home 3-1 attributed by the double points created by Wayne Rooney during half time and Robin van Persie's goal after break. The team on Friday successfully dominated the game in 90 minutes, which is something that made the team's Dutch coach, Louis van Gaal very happy that he gave the team a day off for Christmas to celebrate with their families.

This year, Di Maria has had his fair share of injuries. In fact, prior to his pelvic injury on Wednesday, Manchester United's winger had also suffered from a hamstring injury during his match in the 1-1 draw against Aston Villa last week. While injuries can get inevitable for all players, all it takes is a positive spirit to battle these injuries and a solid support from the team. Di Maria is very lucky to have a coach and a team who's been very supportive of him all throughout.

According to the very happy Dutch coach after the team's game on Friday, the last training session the team has with Di Maria made the latter stepped out of the warm up. Di Maria did really great and showed how well he improved during the team's every match.

With regards to Di Maria's pelvic injury and his hamstring injury, van Gaal pretty noted how well the winger is doing in dealing with it. According to coach van Gaal, it's a little bit amazing to note how well Di Maria manages everything despite the upcoming games which, if his health results be negative, Di Maria might miss the same. Now, all the team that needs to do is to wait for the results and see the analysis.
