"America's Got Talent" 2017 aired the "Judge Cuts 3" episode on Tuesday, Aug. 1 on NBC. It featured guest judge Laverne Cox, star of "Orange Is the New Black." She joined AGT season 12 judges Simon Cowell, Mel B, Howie Mandel and Heidi Klum in watching the performers try to outshine each other. Nine-year old singer Celine Tam impressed Cox so much after singing "How Am I Supposed To Live Without You" by Michael Bolton, she just had to press the Golden Buzzer, sending the little girl straight to the live shows.

The "Judge Cuts 3" episode featured 20 contestants. Like the previous Judge Cuts episodes, only seven acts were able to advance to the next round. Tam is extremely fortunate to even advance to the live shows part of the competition. She joins a list of AGT contestants that impressed the judges enough to press the Golden Buzzer.

This list includes 16-year-old former blind singer Christian Guardino, 29-year-old deaf singer Mandy Harvey, 12-year-old singing ventriloquist Darci Lynne Farmer, Fil-Am 9-year-old singer Angelica Hale, the Light Balance dance crew and 13-year-old singer Angelina Green. Listed below are the seven acts that passed Round 3.

'America's Got Talent' Season 12 contestants that advanced to the next round in 'Judge Cuts 3':

1. Oscar Hernandez (dancer)

2. Mike Yung (singer)

3. Brobots and Mandroidz (hip-hop dance crew)

4. Diavolo (acrobatic dance group)

5. Preacher Lawson (stand-up comedian)

6. Billy and Emily England (extreme rollerblade duo)

7. Celine Tam (singer) * advanced immediately to the live shows

Again, thirteen contestants were eliminated in this episode. These include digital magicians Tony and Jordan, magic duo The Naked Magicians and another magician named Jeki Yoo. Plus, various singers and musicians also didn't make it, such as Herbie Russ (singer/saxophonist), Final Draft (R&B vocal group), 5 Alive (boy Band), Marisa McKaye (singer), Daniel Ferguson (singing impressionist) and Jay Jay Phillips (keyboardist).

Aside from the musicians, other performers with different talents showed off their skills, like pole dancer Aileen George, limbo dancer Shemika Charles, balancing acrobat Jonathan Rinny and comedic daredevil Bello Nock. Because Nock is a comedic daredevil, his act required him to perform outside of the "America's Got Talent" studio for safety purposes. The judges had to bring hand-carried signs with a red "X," in case they had to press a red buzzer. Thankfully, none of the judges pressed the red buzzers for the performers in this episode. Unfortunately, they were all eliminated in this round.

"America's Got Talent" airs on Tuesdays at 8 pm on NBC. The next episodes of the show are the "Judge Cuts 4," which will air on Aug. 8 and "Quarterfinals, Week 1 (Performances)" that will air on Aug. 15. Stay tuned for more AGT Season 12 updates.
