The male dance group Malevo secured the last spot on “America’s Got Talent” season 11 semifinals after getting the highly coveted #DunkinSave.

The eight-man dance group from Buenos Aires, Argentina, also got the golden buzzer from AGT guest judge and comedian George Lopez earlier on NBC’s top-rated talent show. (Click here for more detailed story)

Malevo’s dance routine showcased Malambo, a typical cowboy dance that originated from Argentina. The group consisting of male members as young as 17 and as old as 42 wanted to bring Malambo’s popularity back by joining “America’s Got Talent.”

Malevo joined the Edgar Family Band, acapella singers Linkin Bridge, magicians Blake Vogt and Kadan Bart Rockett, and singers Grace VanderWaal and Brian Justin Crum as the final seven acts that made it to the AGT semifinals.

A day after the third AGT show aired live from the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, the YouTube video featuring Grace VanderWaal performance is the most viewed of the final 12 acts. The 12-year-old singer-songwriter sang her original composition “Beautiful Thing” as she played the ukulele. As of press time, VanderWaal’s YouTube clip garnered 492,000 views. Kadan Bart Rockett’s magical act has so far gotten 179,000 views and ranked next to VanderWaal’s video.

So far, 21 acts have been voted through to compete for the “America’s Got Talent” 2016 semifinals. The other semifinalists include Sal Valentinetti, Kadie Lynn, Calysta Bevier, Jayna Brown and Laura Bretan; magicians Jon Dorenbos, Thommy and Amelie of the mentalist couple The Clairvoyants, and Rubik’s cube genious Steven Brundage; performers Tape Face, juggler Viktor Kee, teen contortionist Sofie Dossi, stage comedian Lori Mae Hernandez and stunt couple Deadly Games; and choir group Musicality.

The winning act in “America’s Got Talent” season 11 will win US$1 million (AU$1.3 million) in cash prize.

As semifinalists prepare, online audition for “America’s Got Talent” season 12 has been opened online. Hopefuls can submit their audition video or record it on AGT’s website.

An open call audition has been scheduled in Chicago, Illinois on Nov. 12 and another one in Las Vegas, Nevada on Jan. 19.
