American Idol has revealed its Season 11 Top 10, starting the announcements with Joshua Ledet being safe - a reversal of his fate last week.

Joshua, the only one remaining among the three bottom vote drawers last week (the other two being Jeremy Rosado and Jermaine Jones) came out with a pretty strong performance last night; it was not surprising he is safe.

The weakest among the boys last night was charmer Heejun Han. But then this guy has been enjoying a strong show of support from the voters, right from the beginning when he went straight to the Top 10, unlike DeAndre Brackensick, who was judge Steven Tyler's wildcard pick.

Despite gathering some lukewarm feedback from the judges last night, Heejun Han is safe, and it eventually became clear that all the boys who performed last night are set to hit the road on Idol's summer tour.

Phillip Phillips, Colton Dixon, Deandre Brackensick, Joshua Ledet and Heejun Han will all enjoy more bonding time after this competition is over, when they tour America and get paid for performing.

Meanwhile one of the girls would be at risk of elimination, and the judges have one 'save' for the season.

The last girls standing are Shannon Magrane and Erika Van Pelt -- two of the bottom three among the girls last week, the third being Elise Testone, who has been announced to be in the bottom three again, but she was first among the three to take the 'safe' seat.

The remaining half of the girls is relatively strong in the competition, none of them has been in the bottom, and all of them went straight to voters' initial Top 10.

Next, Erika, who was judge Randy Jackson's wildcard choice, has been announced to be safe.

So, who will not be in the Idol summer tour?

It's 16-year-old Shannon Magrane, who has been VotefortheWorst.com's 'chosen one.' (Who will the site be 'promoting' next?)

After Shannon's performance, the judges announced that they will not use their 'save' on her, and so she officially gets the boot.

This week's voting results proved how strong the boys are in the competition, and how Heejun Han's charm matters more than his vocal chops as far as his supporters are concerned.

The Top 10 is expected to up their ante as at least three of them, at this point, have made a very strong impression on American Idol voters. Jessica Sanchez, Phillip Phillips and Skylar Laine seem to be the strongest now; but Hollie Cavanagh, Joshua Ledet and Colton Dixon are not too far behind. Elise and Erika have a lot to prove, while Heejun could go either way.
