Strongman Dell Arrives and the Death of the Freak

Strongman Dell Toledo arrives, with his wife Desiree (the woman with three tits). He lands at Elsa's camp after killing a man who he found in a compromising position with his wife. Elsa refuses to hire him at first, despite Desiree showing Elsa her three breasts, but she soon agrees. She needs a strongman to protect her camp from the much talked about serial killer (Twisty the Clown) and the people who suspect that the freaks are killing. Ethel was once married to Dell. Jimmy is not aware about that. Dell had tried to kill baby Jimmy. Ethel warns Dell to stay away from her Jimmy. But that does not happen, as Dell and Jimmy end up clashing with each other. Dell has the upper hand in their battles. When Jimmy and some of the freaks go to the diner to eat, Dell arrives there and asks them to get out from there, as they are likely to turn the people off and no one will come to watch them. This leads to war of words between Jimmy and Dell. Later, outside the diner, Dell beats him to a pulp.

As there is night curfew in the town, Dell comes up with the idea of holding matinee shows. Elsa rejects the idea. Dell still goes ahead with the plan. Seeing that Elsa is warming up to the matinee idea, Jimmy shows her the poster that features her name at the bottom with Geek. He suggests to her that he can be the strongman. He also reveals to her that he killed the detective, showing her the cop's badge. Elsa wants Dell gone. Jimmy tries to frame Dell for the murder of the cop.

The cops arrive after an anonymous tip-off against Dell. They enter Dell's trailer but find no evidence against him. They find the dead cop's badge in Meep the Geek's trailer. It is Dell who put the badge in Meep's trailer as he had figured out Jimmy's plan. The cops arrest Meep and take him away. Later in the night, the cops return to throw Meep's battered body in front of the camp. He was thrown in a cell full of hardcore criminals and they did not waste a second to snuff out his life.

Dot Emerges As the Star Singer

Bette thinks that she has the talent and craves for the spotlight. But, it is Dot who turns out to be the talented one. Dot has a fantastic singing voice. Elsa is seeking fame for herself and is dreaming of becoming a star. She feels threatened by Dot's singing performance. Later at night, Elsa tries to turn Bette against Dot. She whispers in Bette's ear that her sister is the dark soul and that she deliberately eclipsed her performance. She leaves their tent after giving Bette a knife.

Dandy Meets Twisty The Clown

Gloria Mott brings home Twisty the Clown to cheer up Dandy. Dandy tries to join the freak show. He tells Jimmy that he is one of them. He asks him to take a chance on him and save his life. Jimmy shows him the door. Dandy returns home to find Twisty the Clown in his room. He tries to show the killer clown the "King and I" puppet show but soon stops as he thinks that the living ones are more interesting. Dandy diverts the attention of the clown to check his bag. The clown sees him taking a look inside his bag and he hits him and runs away.

Dandy and Twisty are going to be friends in the next episode. Dandy, who had followed the clown, stops Twisty's prisoner (the girl abducted in the first episode) from escaping. He carries her inside Twisty's dingy tent.

And in the episode, Patti LaBelle makes an appearance as Mott family's maid.
