Emma Roberts, who is headlining the first season of Fox’s anthology series “Scream Queens,” had hinted in an interview that she will be making a brief appearance in the upcoming season of “American Horror Story,” subtitled “Hotel.” Now AHS co-creator Ryan Murphy, who is also the co-creator of “Scream Queens,” has confirmed that Roberts will be making an appearance in a couple of episodes of “American Horror Story” Season 5. At the end, she is reportedly going to do some fun stuff with Evan Peters, who is going to wait in room no. 64 and is playing an evil character.

Roberts is going to appear towards the end. Zap2it has quoted Murphy as saying, “she's still going to do a couple episodes of 'Horror Story' at the end, I think.” He also said, “she comes and she has a great thing with Evan Peters at the end."

Murphy told E Online that Roberts loves the show and would like to keep being part of it. She first became part of AHS ensemble in Season 3 “American Horror Story-Coven” and was roped in for Season 4 “Freak Show” as well. In both the previous seasons, Roberts' roles ended on a tragic note and her characters were unable to have a happy ending with characters portrayed by Peters.

The actress is playing a character called Chanel Oberlin in “Scream Queens.” Chanel is a fashionable, funny and ruthless president of Kappa Sorority. The show revolves around a college campus that is rocked by a series of murder at the twentieth anniversary of a sorority pledge gone wrong.

Meanwhile, Roberts and Peters have decided to end their real-life engagement after being together for nearly three years. The two started seeing each other in 2012 after meeting on the set of “Adult World.” They announced their engagement in late 2013. One of the reasons cited behind the amicable split is busy professional schedules.

The production on the 13 episodes of “American Horror Story-Hotel” is schedule to begin in July, and the new season is expected to premiere sometime in October. In addition to Roberts and Peters, the new season also stars Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Lady Gaga, Angela Bassett, Matt Bomer, Finn Wittrock, Denis O’Hare, Chloe Sevigny, Max Greenfield, Cheyenne Jackson and Wes Bentley.
