Amanda Bynes rages on. She reportedly got into a feud with Paris Hilton, and she's still slamming her parents for the difficulties she's encountering, even though her parents have offered her help.

People magazine reports Amanda Bynes refuses all the help her parents are giving her after she was released from a psychiatric facility on Oct. 30 with a diagnosis of bipolar disorder. However, her Twitter messages are conveying the opposite. She thinks her parents are making her life difficult even though the mag's source say she's the one who does not want to accept what her parents are offering her: money or means for meals, shelter and even transportation!

Instead, the report says Amanda prefers to sleep on couches or rough it on her friends' houses and then tweet that she's angry at her parents for leaving her high and dry without money and support. After a paparazzi caught her sleeping at an LA shopping mall on Nov. 6, the former Nickelodeon star took it upon herself to tweet her explanation and her anger towards her parents.

Meanwhile, she also reportedly got into fight with Paris Hilton on a night out at an LA club, which resulted in her being kicked out by Paris. According to Page Six, Bynes turned up at 10ak Thursday night with a friend and then tried to sit at Paris's table. Paris and her company, Hollywood scion Brandon Davis, were not happy about it and this led to a scene. In the end, Amanda got kicked out of the VIP area.

Eyewitnesses also shared that Amanda Bynes did not look right that night. Even though she was not drinking, she was acting out of sorts. At one point, she stood right in the middle of the club with her company and looked really awkward and out of it.

The "She's The Man" star's erratic behavior is making her parents worried, who are currently pursuing their plan of transferring her conservatorship to a health expert but the process is taking a longer time than usual because they are still looking for the best fit and the proper conservator who would have Amanda's best interests at heart.
