Following the release of her new album "25," Adele appeared as a musical guest on actor Matthew McConaughey hosted episode of “Saturday Night Live” show.

The multi-award-winning singer Adele gave her fans a treat with a soulful rendition of her hit single “Hello.” She finished her performance by making a funny face -- tongue out and eyes crossed. The singer was wearing a fringed black dress.

Later on the show, Adele performed a ballad “When We Were Young,” which is from her much-anticipated and long-awaited album. “I love you,” she said at the end of the song.

This is the second time that Adele has appeared on the “Saturday Night Live” show, according to Entertainment Tonight. Her first appearance on the show was in 2008 during the release of her debut album, “19.”

Meanwhile, an Adele-themed skit, featuring McConaughey, Back Benneth, Jay Pharoah, Cecily Strong, Kate McKinnon, Aidy Bryant and Vanessa Bayer, was also shown during the episode. The hilarious skit showed that regardless of the differences in beliefs among family members, everyone appreciates Adele’s “Hello.”

“Hello” is Adele’s first track from her third album, “25.” In October, the song became the second-fastest Youtube video to hit 100 million views.

“25” is reportedly set to break one-week U.S. album sales record. A source told Billboard that the album is on track to sell at least 2.5 million in pure album sales in its first week of release, and on iTunes Store, it sold more than 900,000 copies on its first day of release, Nov. 20.
