The first round of the 2017 NFL Draft will commence at 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (10 a.m. Friday Australian Eastern Standard Time) on Thursday. The Cleveland Browns, who finished with the league-worst 1-15 record last season, will pick No. 1 overall with the San Francisco 49ers and Chicago Bears also picking in the Top-3.

After two years in Chicago, this year's NFL Draft will be staged in Philadelphia for the first time since 1960. Though Hue Jackson's team is expected to draft Texas A&M defensive end Myles Garrett, the consensus No. 1 pick in the draft, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Wednesday that some members of the Browns front office are leaning towards North Carolina quarterback Mitchell Trubisky.

“I continue to hear that Mitchell Trubisky is square in consideration and may turn out to be the No. 1 pick. Now I know everyone thinks Myles Garrett’s going to be the pick, and I will not be surprised if that’s the case tomorrow night. But I have got very smart, very well-connected people telling me over the last 24 hours that they think Trubisky’s going to be the No. 1 pick," Schefter said on SportsCenter.

2017 NFL Draft: Cleveland Browns loaded with picks

The Browns will also pick No. 12 in a loaded draft class that some scouts are tipping as the best in recent memory. In all, Cleveland own five of the 65 picks in the 2017 NFL Draft, including six more picks on Day 3. The Browns also own 11 picks in the 2018 NFL Draft including three second-round picks. Some analysts have suggested that the Browns front office could package all picks to move up in the draft to acquire both Garrett and Trubisky. Several teams have been rumoured to be vying for Top-10 picks.

According to ESPN's latest mock draft, the Bears are expected to select Stanford defensive tackle Solomon Thomas with the No. 3 overall pick after Garrett and Trubisky are off the board to the Browns and/or 49ers. The Jacksonville Jaguars are likely to select LSU running back Leonard Fournette with the No. 4 pick.

The Denver Broncos, selecting No. 20 in the first round, are expected to Wisconsin draft offensive tackle Ryan Ramczyk. New England Patriots, the reigning Super Bowl champions, won't pick in the first round since their No. 32 pick goes to the New Orleans Saints. Following Thursday's Round 1, the 2017 NFL Draft continues with Rounds 2-3 on Friday followed by Rounds 4-7 on Saturday. 2017 NFL Draft Live Stream info follows.
