A YouTube video showing how a 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 got smoked by a 2012 McLaren MP4-12C in a street racing has gone viral. In the 25-second clip, the two cars appear to be in an open highway with palm trees during a sunny day.

In the viral video, the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 disappeared behind the 2012 McLaren MP4-12C. It appears that the driver of the former forgot that the car with a 6.2-liter V8 engine and 650 horsepower has a gas pedal.

With its Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes, the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 can race to 97 km/h (60 mph) in 2.95 seconds and stop in 30 meters. It can either drive straight onto the track or cruise in all-day comfort with its magnetic shocks and Driver Mode Selector deliver.

Among the first-rate features of the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 are its outstanding aerodynamics, excellent limited-slip differential, adaptive magnetic suspension, carbon-fiber bodywork, and race-bred aluminum space frame.

Moreover, the compound Michelin-designed Super Sport Cup tires allow for 1.2 g of lateral cornering force. The tires were exclusively developed for the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06.
