2012 is already at its end. While some are closely monitoring the claimed "End of the World" on December 21, 2012, some are busy watching out year-end lists with their favorite celebrities in them.

For "Hunger Games" fans, everyone will be honored to hear that "Girl on Fire," Jennifer Lawrence has nabbed another award as 2012's Buzz-worthy performers and set to become 2013's Breakthrough Star. Who else joins the lovely, Lawrence on the list?

It's another year-end list. Clap, clap, clap! For Jennifer Lawrence, Brit Marling and Matthew McConaughey, these well-known celebrities are not only dubbed as 2012's Buzzworthy Performers but the breakthrough stars of 2013.

Jennifer Lawrence portrayed the popular fictional character, Katniss Everdeen from the highly-acclaimed best-sellers, "The Hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins. Thanks to that film, Lawrence has gone from anywhere near the radar to complete radar obsession. Fans are closely watching Jennifer's every move especially "Hunger Games" fans. Much to the dismay of "Twilight" fans, Kristen Stewart's name has not been included in the bunch. Hopefully, Stewart's performance for "On the Road" makes it through to the Oscars.

Apart from the beloved franchise that brought Lawrence to fame, the 22-year old actress is in for an Oscar buzz with her performance in "Silver Linings Playbook" opposite Bradley Cooper. Another name in the bunch is Hollywood hottie, Matthew McConaughey.

Despite being in the Hollywood business for quite a long time, the 43-year-old actor, Matthew McConaughey still manages to look sexy and amaze his film fans. The same thing can be said for 29-year-old Mary Elizabeth Winstead who too continues to wow the audience.

The Film Independent released a list of 2012's Independent Spirit award nominees last Tuesday, celebrating the best and brightest talents working in independent film. For a full list of the nominees, visit the Spirit Awards website.

Hopefully, the names mentioned on the list manage to make it on the Grammy Awards Nomination to the highly-anticipated Oscar Awards of 2013. Fans of these celebrities have so much to look forward to come 2013. For now, everyone should keep their fingers crossed and hope the end of the world does not indeed come this December 21, 2012.
